Gordon Ramsay heads to Southbridge, Massachusetts, where he checks into the Vienna Inn, an Austrian-themed hotels and restaurant. Owners Jonathan and Lisa Krach have seen their cluttered inn acquire a negative reputation among the locals, and as a result, business isn't what it used to be. Can Gordon turn things round and keep the doors to this historic hotel open?
